Membership begins when payment is received by the Chamber's treasure and is renewable annually, two weeks prior to
anniversary date. Cancellation of membership must be submitted in writing to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

	Business and Corporate Plans are based on number of employees, plus a $35 Set Up for the first year.
	Each year there after the rate is based on number of employees, unless there is a break in membership,
	where as the Set Up fee would then be assessed again.
	1-4 employees              $250
	5-79 employees            $250 plus $10 per each employee
	80-999 employees        $700 plus $5 per each employee
	1000 + employees        $3000 plus $3 per each employee
	Example:  115 employees   =    $700 +  (115 employees x $5 per employee) = $1275.00  + $35 Set Up fee
