Lay
Formation Program with the conferral of
the Apostolic Parish Diploma of Our Lady of
Perpetual Help and St. Helena of the True
Cross of Jesus
This program involves
an on-going serious commitment to allowing
the Holy Spirit to do a work of
transformation in us. Our goal is to
experience a fuller life of grace through
discipline in four different areas of life:
spiritual, human, intellectual, and
pastoral. God wants a balanced life
for us. Each participant in the program must
be a Catholic in good standing with the
Church. A serious commitment to the
program must be made. The academic
dimension of the lay formation program is
comprised of a three-year course of subjects
from the Catechism of the Catholic Church
ending with the award of the Apostolic
Parish Diploma. To be accepted into
the program a serious commitment to develop
a mature life of prayer will be needed.
Completion of The Real Life program and
retreat is a pre-requisite. A meeting
with a formation advisor each month of the
year will be required. This is a unique
program and has been developed to enhance
the lives of Catholics moving along the path
of their spiritual journeys. For more information please
contact: OLPH at
